Let’s embark on a two-day pilgrimage to learn and walk an ancient eleven (11) circuit Labyrinth. Learn about the three Rs of the art of labyrinth walking. In our chaotic outer world, we need peace within by nurturing a quiet mind. The labyrinth journey is the simple practice of walking a meandering path to the center, standing still at the center, and then retracing our steps back to the beginning. It is a walking meditation, where we allow ourselves to listen to our inner thoughts, while quieting our minds, and following our breath.
