The first session will explore the increasingly fraught concept of gender and explore the roots of the male/female gender gap in income, education, and career choice. The second session will analyze the gender gap in public opinion and voting behavior. The growing divide in American politics is not between men and women, but between partisans with sharply divergent views on what is means to be male or female or trans.
