Taking a break from courses with a theme, this course consists of films the Study Leader thinks are important, and or, worthy of discussion. Some are classics. Most contain academy-award-winning performances, direction, or artistry. A few may be just pure entertainment. All deserve to be watched, and appreciated, on their own terms. Students will watch the movies on their own prior to each class and be prepared to discuss during the zoom class. A list of where to stream each film will be provided before the first class.
