We were all saddened to hear of Robert Redford’s passing. He was a versatile actor, who never received the credit he was due, and a sensitive director. His imprint on the film community was immense. The Sundance Film Festival, which he founded, birthed a generation of independent filmmakers who changed how we experience film. The course will sample both his acting and directing skills. Students will view the film on their own prior to each class, and be prepared to discuss it during the zoom class. Streaming outlets will be supplied as part of the schedule of movies.
