Is there anything worse than looking out into your garden in winter and seeing dead, brown nothing? Jazz up your landscape by easily incorporating winter interest. Join Dr. Mark Miller, Education & Exhibits Director as he explores the concepts of seasonal interest, describes ways to add color, texture and form to your established landscape, and provides aesthetically pleasing examples. Stave off the winter doldrums with fun and pleasing additions. A ppt lecture will be followed by a walk around the Garden to point out plants, structures and treatments that provide interest during even the grayest of weather.
